Before assembly
- Confirm the wall is flat, structurally suitable and free of hidden services where you intend to drill.
- Measure the projector's required image height and offset using its own manual.
- Clear a clean floor area large enough to protect the screen surface during frame assembly.
- Have a long level, tape measure and a second person available for a 120-inch frame.
Typical fixed-frame sequence
- Assemble the inner frame on a clean, protected surface.
- Orient the screen material correctly for the UST optical structure.
- Tension the material evenly according to the supplied sequence.
- Fit the outer frame pieces.
- Locate and level the wall brackets.
- Hang the screen, then fine-tune projector position mechanically before relying on digital correction.

Lenticular UST material is directional. It is designed to receive projector light from the correct side while rejecting light from other directions. Installing directional material upside down can seriously reduce the intended effect.
Alignment after mounting
Start by physically squaring the projector to the screen. Keep the projector level, center it, and adjust distance and height in small steps. Digital keystone can be useful for final correction, but excessive digital geometry adjustment can reduce the effective image resolution and make edge focus harder to judge.
